Yes! DreamPlan is completely free during our launch period. All core features — event creation, guest management, vendor directory, budget tracking, and messaging — are available at no cost. We plan to introduce optional premium tiers in the future, but the core platform will always have a generous free tier.

Vendors can sign up for free at vendor.dreamplan.sagargandecha.dev. After completing a short onboarding wizard with their business details, categories, and service areas, their profile enters an approval queue. Once verified by our team, they appear in the public vendor directory and can start receiving enquiries from planners.

Absolutely. We use Supabase with row-level security (RLS) enforced at the database level, meaning users can only ever access data they own or have been explicitly granted permission to view. Vendor data access is controlled through a granular permission matrix — you decide exactly what each vendor can see.

DreamPlan supports any event type — weddings, corporate conferences, birthday parties, baby showers, fundraisers, and more. Each event type comes with pre-built checklist templates (20+ tasks), contextual vendor categories, and budget templates to get you started quickly.

Yes! You can import guests via CSV upload with support for names, emails, phone numbers, dietary requirements, and table assignments. The importer handles quoted values, various formats, and provides a preview before finalizing. You can also add guests manually or send digital RSVP invitations by email.

Yes, DreamPlan is fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop. All portals — planner, vendor, and admin — feature touch-friendly interfaces, responsive layouts, and proper touch targets. You can manage your events on the go from any device.

Yes! DreamPlan supports multiplayer collaboration. You can invite team members by email and assign them Owner, Editor, or Viewer roles. Editors get full access to manage the event while viewers can see details without making changes. Vendors can also add staff members to their accounts.

Communication happens through thread-based messaging within the platform. Planners can send enquiries to vendors (including bulk enquiries to multiple vendors at once), vendors can respond with structured quotes containing line-item pricing, and planners can accept or decline quotes inline — with accepted amounts automatically syncing to their budget tracker.
